I am so excited to be part of this journey with Ariel Casillas, Jr. We had different visions in our mind, but at the end, we always push towards the decision to “CARE” for our people. Especially with seeing communities that need the help of healthcare in our community.

Casillas Medical and Wellness (CMW) was created to assist with the gap in healthcare. Our Priority will always be, To Care for our patients and our community. We want to ensure that our practice and our patients are welcomed with the best customer service and make sure we are meeting their needs.

Why did I chose Casillas Medical and Wellness? Since I met Ariel Casillas, Jr. back in 2014, I knew at that moment that we were going to be on this journey together as we shared the same vision. I come from Puerto Rico and grew up with Doctors that showed compassion and listened to the needs of the patients. Ariel, reminds me of a provider who cares and worries even after they have left our facility. I always knew that he had what it takes to be the best in the world of providers. For that reason, I am proud to be part of Casillas Medical and Wellness and share this journey with him. I am honored to work with such an inspiring, loving and caring Provider.

What do I do in my spare time?

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, especially with my two beautiful children while creating memories and sharing our love is very important to me. I love to be involved with the team that works with me. They also become part of our family.

Once again, I am proud to be part of Casillas Medical and Wellness (CMW) family. Creating an environment for our patients to feel safe and comfortable with our medical services.

Ariel Casillas DNP-FNP-BC/Owner
Midlevel Provider Bio

Ariel Casillas Jr is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He has experience in a multitude of medical settings, including medical-surgical, cardiology, rehabilitation, and long-term care. With clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care and geriatric care, Mr. Casillas has been afforded the opportunity to care for patients in all stages of life.

I decided to open my own practice as I saw a gap in healthcare and had a vision to offer quality care at affordable cost. Casillas Medical And wellness center is the start of an innovative healthcare approach through quality care while meeting the highest standards. I have worked as a registered nurse for over 10 years in Boston Massachusetts and over 20 years in healthcare.

My certifications include Basic Life Support, Advance life support and pediatric life support and advanced care planning. I earned my RN at Gwinnett Institute in Orlando, Florida. I attended American Sentinel University in Denver, Colorado, where I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors and master’s degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner. I’m currently completing my doctorate degree at post university and a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
